We will support with one-off cases such as a disciplinary or grievance issues, or provide you with a more long-term service where you need regular HR advice and guidance on the telephone, email or in person.
HR Documentation and Onsite Support
We ensure that you are complying with Employment Legislation, it is a legal requirement to at least have employment contracts in place for your staff. To ensure legal compliance we will review or develop bespoke Contracts of Employment. In conjunction with this we will also review your existing handbook or devise a new handbook to suit your requirements.
