Essentially the outsourcing of your HR department is how our retained consultancy service works.
We understand that Employment Law may appear confusing and complex. We are here to listen and help you through the process to ensure that issues are being dealt with appropriately, whilst adhering to the current Employment Law Legislation.
We will support with one-off cases such as a disciplinary or grievance issues, or provide you with a more long-term service where you need regular HR advice and guidance on the telephone, email or in person. We will also visit your premises to conduct meetings should you require.
