HR Documentation such as Employee Contracts or Handbooks are necessary to ensure that you are complying with Employment Legislation, it is a legal requirement to at least have employment contracts in place for your staff. Contracts along with employee handbooks are a positive addition to your organisation as they set out the expectations of the business to its employees whilst providing fairness and consistency.
To ensure legal compliance we will review or develop bespoke Contracts of Employment. In conjunction with this we will also review your existing handbook or devise a new handbook to suit your requirements.
